Partner ecosystem Polish version

Become a Robo Meister Partner

Offer ready-to-use workflow, automation, and industry packages to your clients — or build your own integrations and packages on top of the Robo Meister ecosystem.

Start with one client problem, one workflow, or one package — not with the whole ecosystem.

No programming required for referral and solution partners

Robo Meister can lead first demos and implementations

Developer/API access path remains available for technical teams

Two partner paths, one practical starting point

The partner model supports both business partners who recommend, sell, co-deliver, and support solutions, and technical partners who use APIs, SDKs, packages, and integrations.

Business / Solution Partner

For local IT service companies, ERP/CRM providers, software houses, consultants, and service providers that want to discover client workflows, run pilots, and co-deliver outcomes.

Developer / API Partner

For companies that connect to our API, use SDKs, build applications, publish integrations, or prepare reusable packages for Robo Meister clients.

Partner paths

No-code start

  • Build workflow packages, industry packs, integrations, and templates.
  • Publish through Robo Store or partner-supported distribution.
  • Influence package pricing and commercial positioning.
  • Revenue sharing may be possible; Robo Meister can help prepare selected packages.
API + SDK

Developer / SDK Partner

For software houses and technical teams.

  • Use API and SDKs for deeper integrations.
  • Create apps, extensions, connectors, and integration paths.
  • Experiment with selected APIs for integration and package development.
  • API access can be free, while production usage of Robo Meister / Robo Connector, hosting, packages, support, and deployments may be paid.

Start with one workflow

A client does not need to replace an ERP, CRM, accounting system, or operational platform on day one. The first step can be one workflow, one department, one approval path, one document process, or one exception loop. After a successful pilot, the solution can expand into modules, packages, Store distribution, API integrations, or additional client departments.

One approval path
One document verification flow
One supplier onboarding workflow
One HR or finance process
One logistics exception loop
One reusable package

Ready-made solution conversations

Use these pages and packages to identify a first workflow with a client instead of pitching a full transformation project.

We can also prepare custom-made packages, integrations, or workflows for partner clients.

The partner brings the client relationship, problem context, and local support perspective. Robo Meister helps design and configure the workflow, package, or integration. The partner may participate in sales, discovery, support, rollout, and future expansion. A custom pilot can later become a reusable package distributed through partner channels or Robo Store.

Revenue and commercial models

Partnership can be scoped around the role each side plays in discovery, sales, implementation, support, package ownership, and distribution.

For selected partner-created packages or jointly distributed solutions, a 50/50 revenue share model may be possible, depending on scope, ownership, support responsibilities, and commercial agreement.

For selected co-created packages, partner-developed solutions, or jointly distributed offers, Robo Meister may support a revenue-sharing model, including a 50/50 split where both sides contribute meaningful value. The final model depends on ownership, support, implementation, and distribution responsibilities.

API access can be free; production system usage can be paid

Developers can experiment with selected APIs and integration paths without treating Robo Meister as a closed platform. The API can be available for integration and package development, while production usage of Robo Connector, hosting, packages, support, and client deployments may be paid depending on the selected model.

Can Robo Meister handle the first implementation?

Yes. At the beginning, Robo Meister can lead the first implementations while partners learn the system and focus on client relationships.

Can partners create their own packages?

Yes. Partners can create packages, workflows, templates, integrations, or industry solutions and publish them through Robo Store.

Can partners earn from package distribution?

Yes. Partners may earn from referrals, implementations, support, package sales, or selected revenue-sharing agreements.

Is API access free?

API access can be free for integration and development purposes, while Robo Meister / Robo Connector usage, packages, hosting, support, or client deployments can be paid.

Can we offer this under our own service?

Partners can co-brand or offer selected packages as partner-supported solutions. Full white-label or “powered by Robo Meister” models should be discussed individually.
